On September 11, 2019, Quest Software entered into an agreement with Scout Solutions to provide all product support for JClass products going forward. Quest will no longer be providing any technical support for JClass products. For all questions related to Quest JClass Software and Products, contact Scout Solutions for support.

If you’re a current Quest customer with an active maintenance and support agreement, you are eligible for a free upgrade to JClass from Scout Solutions. Unsure if you have an active maintenance and support agreement? Contact us.
All you have to do is contact us. We can see if you are eligible for a free upgrade to either ServerViews or DesktopViews. We are going to be rolling out many exciting enhancements and upgrades to JClass in the near future and will continue to support and update the product. To continue to receive the full benefits from JClass Software, upgrading to Scout Solutions’ new software is your best choice.
